Inside the Puregraft SYNC™ System
This sterile, single-use fat grafting system comes pre-assembled and ready to use, featuring an integrated Puregraft® filtration bag with securely connected tubing, and an automated waste evacuation system for streamlined setup and performance.

Harvest Adipose Tissue
Simply connect the tubing to your 510(k) cleared lipoplasty device with waste canister and liposuction cannula and begin harvesting into SYNC. Waste fluid is automatically evacuated into the waste canister.

Remove Bag
When harvesting is complete, connect the Puregraft bag to the included drain bag. Hang the Puregraft bag from the hook on the front of the system and allow any remaining waste fluid to drain.

Wash
Add Lactated Ringer's (LR) solution and gently mix to wash the adipose tissue. Drain additional waste into drain bag.

Transfer Your Graft
Insert the catheter-tip syringe (included) into the tissue port to extract the purified fat. Your graft is now ready for injection.
